At our LVH Fishing Club meeting on September 18th, we were very fortunate to have John Sanchez as a guest speaker. John is a member of the Central Coast Fly Fishers and has a professional background with the US Forest Service. He presented us with an interesting and informative power point presentation on the "Life Cycle of Salmon" with the emphasis on the young smolts going downstream rather than the adult salmon struggling upstream that we usually hear about. John brought his children with him. It was nice to have young people at our meeting for a change. John was one of two new members accepted into the LVH Fishing Club at this meeting.

We also were pleased to welcome Jack Prince as a new member to our Fishing Club. Jack is also a member of CCFF and will be a welcome addition to our Club.
