OFFICER AWARDED LIFE SAVING MEDAL (News Times Article & Pic >> dtd. 22 October 2008)
SARGENT TOM SIMPSON (Newport Police Department) was recognized & presented with a Medal, by Mayor Bill Bain, for saving the life of a man who would have drowned, were it not for Tom’s timely action.
A copy of the Article & Picture is now prominently displayed in our LVH Club House on THE Fishing Club WALL ……….
