Mike Morgan began selling fresh-caught albacore tuna off his vessel, the White Swan III, last week. When the News-Times was at the dock in South Beach, Michael Gentzkow, director of clinical services at Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital, was ordering 60 pounds of tuna.
