Traditionally, our Fishing Club has provided Volunteer Support for the U-DA-MAN Salmon Fishing Tournament, which is held each year in the Yaquina River / Bay >< The Primary Goal of this Fun & Beneficial Stewardship Effort, is to use the proceeds raised from the Tournament, to enhance the Salmon Habitat of the Yaquina Watershed. <<>> Our Volunteer Support will primarily involve ADMINISTRATIVE & PHYSICIAL ACTIVITIES >>>

 

ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES >< Will require us to assist with the collection of Fishing Registration Fees & Poker Tournament Ticket Sales >< What we will do is have a table at Englund Marine, manned by 2 People for a Morning (10 AM to Noon) Shift > & > 2 People for an Afternoon (1 to 3 PM) Shift >< On the 1^st >< 2^nd >< 8^th >< 9^th of October.

PHYSICIAL ACTIVITIES >< Will require us to help Set Up the Tournament Venue, on 9 October, at the South Beach Marina. We will Muster at the LVH Club House at 11 AM & Proceed over the Englund Marine by Noon. Then onto South Beach to Set Up some Tents, Chairs, etc.  

*** On Tournament Day, the 10^th, the event will conclude with the Official Catch Weigh-In, at about 3:15 PM >< Shortly after the Tournament Winners are Announced, we will Commence the Venue Take Down, which will involve the reverse of the Set Up Procedures.
