A fish wrapper is usually a chunk of old newspaper that you roll a fish up in and take it home in.. Coming soon a new addition to this website ... an aditional page with the president's monthly newsletter... The name ? "The Fish Wrapper"
Charles is working on it now.. expect to see it come into reality soon. Also, I suspect John Spangler and Wayne Hill may write in both soon as they have just been given them the means to do so.
