"SALMON SOULUTIONS"

Fight for our families, and our future Each year fewer salmon and steelhead swim in the Columbia and Snake Rivers and their tributaries. Fewer fish means fewer recreational opportunities, disappearing jobs and less money for our businesses and families in river communities like Ilwaco, Hood River and Bend. Now, some of our leaders are blaming our fishing families for low salmon and steelhead returns. It's just not right. Dams are responsible for killing as many as 90% of our salmon every season — while all fishing combined approaches less than 10%.
