"FISHING CLUB MEETING A GREAT SUCESS"

At the Thursday Morning Longview Hills Fishing Club Meeting we were honored to have a guest speaker Dr. Laurie Wehkamp, a NOAA Biologist who works out of the Hartfield Science Center here in Newport. She has been a Biologis for the past 13 years. She gave a very interesting talk about the research on the costal salmon and what is happening with the salmom under these present times. We thank her very much for taking time to come to our meeting and for those club members that attended. I know we all left with alot more information about the status of the coastal salmom. The bottom picture is some of the items retrieved out of the water ways.
