Gold Beach plans war on sea lions:
Sea lions have chased anglers just about long enough.
It's payback time. I'm not talking about the joint state-federal hazing operations that began April 2 below Bonneville Dam. Within two days of that operation, large Steller sea lions disappeared, along with the threat to large sturgeon.
